Remember going to the beach as a kid and finding a piece of sea glass? …..
My love for all things beach is how Sea Treasures has happened.
While having a day out at our local beach I collected some sea glass and some beautiful natural stones.
What started off as a hobby has quickly turned into a labour of love and with that passion I have created some truly unique, handmade pieces of jewellery.
My purpose  is to make people smile with shiny trinkets that remind them of being at the beach or holidays spent with loved ones.
I use different methods and materials from simple wire wrapping to using reclaimed silver in a clay form to produce 99.9% sterling silver pieces that I have hand moulded and crafted.
Please feel free to contact me to discuss new ideas or for something special.

Looking after your shiny trinkets

Looking after your jewellery

I hope that you are happy with your new piece of jewellery. To keep it looking beautiful for longer, I suggest a few select care tips.

  • I always recommend putting jewellery on after clothing, paying particular attention to knitwear to avoid any catching and pulling of fabric.

  • All metals are prone to tarnishing when left in the open air, so when you’re not wearing your jewellery I recommend keeping it in something airtight (a little box or  a zip lock bag will do the trick).

  • Metals such as Copper and bronze have a natural ageing process and overtime will tarnish and change , you can bring your pieces back to life by simply using warm soapy water and a soft cloth, however, i tend to like the process and the different colours as it changes.

  • You should avoid contact with perfumed products and chemicals (including perfume, body creams, suntan lotions etc).

  • You should avoid wearing your jewellery in water and always remove it before showering, bathing, swimming etc.
